Rich person monopoly

I was thinking about it today and buying/selling real estate is just the rich person’s version of playing monopoly.

My friend is convinced that he’s going to get rich from real estate. I think unless you’re born into wealth it’s rare that people live long enough to see any crazy return on their real estate investments. It’s really about generational wealth.
