Who is Rodrigo?

I got a text message one night asking if I could please turn down the music. I thought it was my next-door neighbor. The guy said his name was Rodrigo. A few days later I randomly saw my neighbor and I was like hey sorry about the music and he was like what are you talking about? And I was like you’re not Rodrigo? And he’s like no… And I was like oh well who is Rodrigo? And he’s like I don’t know.

So now I’m left with nothing except the question: Who is Rodrigo?
